Over the years we have met many professionals who were able to create hamburgers with refined products and perfect combinations, but the bread used at the moment of tasting crumbled , resulting in an inconsistent appearance and tasteless . 

These various experiences have brought us to one conclusion: the bun must be homemade by hand . There is no discussion about this! 

There is only one problem, that is, feasibility! Unless you are structured with a laboratory that takes care of kneading the product two, three, four times a week, the necessary time you would need is really a lot. 

Not to mention the slow processes to follow to create an artisanal product; such as having to bake the bread at 8 pm when you are in full service and your place is full of customers who want to eat as soon as possible.
