Preparing our Buns is really very simple:

  • Preheat the oven to 200-210 degrees
  • Cut the bread one centimetre above the middle, so that you have a large base that will support your burger.
  • Put the cut bread in the oven for 3-4 minutes, the cut side will color and will be deliciously crumbly and toasted, this will allow it to retain the juices of your burger
  • Add sauces and various fillings as desired
  • Close and plate.

Your burger is now ready to be admired as a work of art.
