Our Super Fluffy buns are golden brown on the outside thanks to the special blend of eggs and cream that is sprayed on top of each one. bun : this mixture also makes them shiny and “ alive ”, preserving the bread from cooking and maintaining its natural humidity unaltered. 

The NEBULA version is thought for food trucks and venues that move large volumes every day and need a partner that can support large quantities while maintaining quality standards.

Our buns are not frozen and stored to be shipped at the time of order, but are prepared by hand by the Bakery artisans as soon as the purchase is made.
